In short: the GigLens extension works entirely in your browser. It doesn't collect or sell your data. The only thing it ever sends is your Pro license key, to check that it's valid.

Who we are

GigLens is an independent browser extension for Fiverr sellers, operated by the GigLens developer from Costa Rica. GigLens is not affiliated with Fiverr.

The extension

GigLens runs on Fiverr search and category pages you open. It reads the search results that are already on that page and shows badges and an analysis panel.

Search results are processed in your browser and never sent anywhere.
Your Fiverr username and rank history, if you add them, are stored only in your browser's extension storage. They let GigLens highlight your gigs and show how their position changes.
Settings, such as whether the panel is collapsed, are stored only in your browser.

GigLens never sends messages, clicks, bids or loads other Fiverr pages on your behalf. It contains no analytics, tracking or advertising code.

License checks for Pro

If you activate GigLens Pro, the extension sends your license key to Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, to confirm the key is valid. It repeats this check about once a day. The request contains the license key and an activation ID, and nothing about your browsing. In Firefox, the extension asks for your permission before it sends the key.

Purchases

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for GigLens Pro. When you buy Pro, Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details to process the payment, calculate taxes and send your receipt and license key. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can provide support and refunds. We never see your full card details. Lemon Squeezy's handling of your data is described in the Lemon Squeezy Privacy Policy.

This website

This website uses no cookies, analytics or trackers. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, as described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Your choices

Removing the extension deletes everything it stored in your browser.
You can clear your username in the GigLens toolbar popup at any time.
