1. Who we are
GigLens is a browser extension made by the GigLens developer, an independent developer based in Costa Rica ("we" or "us"). By installing GigLens or buying GigLens Pro, you agree to these terms.
2. What GigLens does
GigLens adds research information to Fiverr search pages you open. The free version includes badges, sorting and a page overview. GigLens Pro adds the competition score, title keywords, rank tracking and CSV export, and requires a valid license key.
3. Buying Pro
- Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and reseller of GigLens Pro. Your purchase is also covered by the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms.
- Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the link in your receipt email, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
4. Your license
Buying Pro gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use GigLens Pro in up to 3 browsers at a time. You may not share your license key publicly, resell it, or try to bypass the license check. We may deactivate keys that are shared or abused.
5. Using GigLens with Fiverr
- GigLens is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Fiverr. Fiverr is a trademark of Fiverr International Ltd.
- GigLens is read-only: it doesn't click, message, bid or load extra pages on Fiverr. You remain responsible for following Fiverr's own terms.
- Fiverr can change its website at any time, which may temporarily break some features. We'll work to restore them promptly.
6. Data and privacy
How we handle data is described in our privacy policy.
7. No guarantees
GigLens is provided "as is". Scores, statistics and keyword counts are estimates based on the results page you are viewing. They are not a guarantee of rankings, orders or income.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for GigLens Pro in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version on this page with a new date. If you keep using GigLens after a change, the updated terms apply.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, except where the consumer laws of your country give you additional rights.
